Modern Cinema Journal considers a limited range of collaborations that fit an independent publication about cinema. We welcome clear proposals and keep commercial material visibly distinct from editorial coverage.

Possible collaborations

Proposals may include clearly labelled partner placements, relevant cultural or educational collaborations, and commissioned material that fits our subject and reader. Please describe the idea, intended audience and what you would provide; no existing relationship or placement is implied.

How partner material is labelled

Sponsored or partner content will be identified in plain language where it appears. Readers should be able to distinguish it from independent editorial work without guessing. Placement does not buy a review, endorsement or favourable editorial decision.

Editorial boundaries

We retain control over editorial topics, wording and conclusions. Proposals that require undisclosed promotion, unsupported claims or control over independent coverage are not a fit. Use the Contact page to outline a potential collaboration.
